Lagardère Travel Retail opens Kitchen, Wolfgang Puck’s first Hong Kong restaurant at Hong Kong airport
CHINA (HONG KONG). In major food and beverage industry news, Lagardère Travel Retail today celebrated the opening of Wolfgang Puck Kitchen in the arrivals area of Hong Kong International Airport with an appearance by the chef, author and media celebrity Wolfgang Puck himself.
The restaurant offers a Californian take on comfort food from around the world using high quality, seasonal ingredients. “Delicious, efficient and affordable, the fast-paced, relaxed setting of Wolfgang Puck Kitchen is designed for the discerning traveler on the go,” said Lagardère Travel Retail.
This is chef and celebrity Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant to open in Hong Kong. He said: “I have always been intrigued by the cultural and culinary diversity of Hong Kong. It is a very special city and I am delighted to open my restaurant here.
The business is open from 6:30 am to 12:30 am daily, offering breakfast, lunch, tea, lunch, and late-night supper; as well as beers or cocktails at the bar.
The breakfast menu offers a selection of hearty American-style essentials, while the a la carte menu presents a contemporary twist to classic comfort foods, using local and organic ingredients wherever possible.
