WHAT INSPECTORS FOUND IN THIS WEEK’S RESTAURANT RATINGS. WE START IN RALEIGH AT THE WILD COOKS INDIAN GRILL ON HILLSBOROUGH STREET. SKEWERS HAVE VISIBLE FOOD DEBRIS ON THEM. THE CHICKEN COOKING WAS INCORRECT. DATE MARKED AND SEVERAL ON LABELED SPRAY BOTTLES CONTAINING CHEMICALS COULDN’T BE IDENTIFIED. THE WILD COOK IT AND GRILL GOT AN 87 TO BE BOTTOM OF A 91.0. 5 AND EN 87.5 NEAR HONG KONG RESTAURANT ON HOPE VALLEY ROAD IN DURHAM AND EMPLOYEE PHONED CUSTOMER BUT DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS BEFORE COOKING FOOD. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS SEEN TOUCHING KITCHEN NOODLES WITH THEIR BARE HANDS AND SILVERWARE.
